Dental treatment is an excellent investment for your mouth as well as your overall health. Our hope is that financial considerations should never be the obstacle that stands in the way of keeping your oral health on the road to success. There will never be any surprises on your bill.
Dental insurance
We work with multiple insurance providers including HealthChoice, Delta Dental Premier and Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO just to name a few, and we strive to make sure you get the best coverage available. Dental insurance plans cover 50 to 100% of the costs, depending on the type of treatment and the type of coverage the plan provides. As a courtesy to you, we will file your insurance and will only ask for the estimated co-payment at the time of service. Please note that it is only an estimate and any portion left unpaid by the insurance company is your responsibility. We can only determine estimates based on the information provided to us by your insurance company.

Our office will only accept assignment of insurance benefits if you provide the name, social security number, date of birth and employer of the insured either before the first visit or the day of the first visit.
If this information is not available or we cannot verify insurance benefits, the patient will be required to pay in full at the time of service. Once the insurance benefits are verified, we will accept assignment of benefits as partial payment of the total charge. You will be required to pay your deductible, if applicable and any estimated co-payment the day of service. If after 60 days your insurance has not paid their portion, it will become your responsibility.

We offer several payment options that allow you to choose what would best fit in your budget. We are sensitive to your financial needs and want you to know that we will do all we can to help you achieve your dental goals. We accept cash, debit or credit cards, even an option to pay online below.

If you would like to extend payments over a long period of time, we offer CareCredit. These payment plans offer several options from six, 12- and 18-months interest free to small monthly payments with a minimal interest charge. Payment plans fit nearly any situation and applying is easy.
